Ordering Supplies:

You can order your supplies of coffee, tea, chocolate, sugar, cups and other products, quickly and easily in a variety of ways:

• Phone Us: We will quickly process your order to ensure fast turnaround of your supplies.
• Telecall Service: We monitor your usage of product, and call you when we estimate you are likely to be ready to place an order, this way you will never run out of those vital refreshment supplies.
• Email: You can email your order to sales.post@cafebar.co.uk.
• Fax: Fax your order to 020 8526 8101.
• Order Online: This service will be available soon, email us at sales.post@cafebar.co.uk and we will let you know when this service is available.

Delivery:

• Delivery is made by our own delivery vans and by carrier service.
• The minimum order for FREE delivery is three cases of product.
• We offer a national delivery service five days a week

Technical Back-up service:

• Should you experience a technical fault with your Flavia Creation 400 Drinks Station, our engineers endeavour to call within 8 hours of placement of the call.
• Bespoke service agreements are available for weekend and out of hours cover.
• We offer a nationwide service cover.
